Bible Verse on Wall

We finally got our vinyl bible verse that we ordered and got it up on the wall tonight. We looked and looked for the right verse and finally Duane decided on this one. The funny thing is this is one of my "FAVORITE" verses in the bible. We hope and pray that our girls will always remember this verse!

Kings Trail Cowboy Church had there monthly "Ladies Night" this past Friday night and Michelle Carson with Cowwgirls of Faith came to speak. It was so good to see her as her message always blesses me so much. They also had a "Diaper Shower" for us. Once again we continue to be blessed!

Names are Hung!

We hung the girls names above the baby beds last night and they turned out so cute! Now, all we need are the babies! Only 4 weeks/ 2 days to go.

Baby Update!

Monday was our regular scheduled doctor's appointment. They did a 3D sonogram again but we could only see Emma again. Ava is face down and not wanting to show her face. I guess she wants to be a SUPRISE! Emma weighs 4.1 lbs and Ava weighs 4.6lbs. Ava is 1/2lb ahead on Emma but the doctor said that everything was fine. We even got to see that Emma has a little bit of hair on her head. LOL! As far as my swelling goes the doctor said its pretty normal and it will go away once I deliver the babies. So, he suggested drinking lots of water and keeping my feet up as much as possible. My blood pressure is fine so its nothing to worry about. I don't even have to change my diet because it won't make a difference. Yesterday, I felt pretty bad all day with my lower back hurting. I called the doctor around 2:30pm and they said for me to go home, lay down, drink some water and see if that helped. My back was still hurting so I called the doctor back around 5:45pm and they said to go ahead and come into the hospital just to get checked out and make sure everything was ok. We were there till about 9pm last night and everything is fine. They put several monitors on me to check the babies and to see if I was having contractions. I was having some contractions but nothing to be worried about at this point. So, hopefully I can keep these babies coooking for 4 more weeks.

The Baby Beds are here!!

Colleen, Rick and Stacy (Duane's mom, step dad & sister) drove down from Ohio to visit us this weekend and bring the baby beds. Rick made these beds and they are so cute!! We also bought a new shelf for the nursery and everything matches so well. We spent the weekend putting together the rest of the baby stuff and we are pretty much ready besides waiting on a few things to decroate. Stacy took our pictures yesterday and I can't wait to see them. We took them in hay fields, in front of a couple of old barns, etc. We really appreciate everything that did for us and once again are so BLESSED!! Only 4 weeks and 5 days to go till these babies get here.

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day!!! This is my first "Mother-to-be-Mother's Day". We had a wonderful day! Duane bought me 2 Sugarland CD's from Emma & Ava. We went to church and out to dinner afterwards. Duane Sr & Louise went with us and we've really enjoyed visiting with them.

More Tile!!

Duane & Lousie came in town to visit us for a few days so we decided to put them to work. LOL! Duane Sr & Duane Jr worked on putting down the rest on the tile this weekend. It's almost finished!! YEAH!! We are so "Thankful" for the help from Duane Sr! This made it alot easier and much faster. Sr was cutting the tile and Jr was getting the floor ready.

Installing the Tile

Duane worked on installing the tile today. He installed the rest of our cabinets also this weekend so now we have an island. YEAH!!! This tile project is going to take quiet a while to get done. He's putting new tile in the front room, kitchen, laundry room, breakfast area and mud room. That's alot of tile. I cleaned the carepts today and there's nothing better than clean carpet. Here's a few pictures.
